For the purposes of these Terms;

‘The Tutor’ will refer to the provider of tuition.

‘The Student’ will refer to the recipient of tuition, and/or to the person or organisation responsible for payment of the Tutor’s invoices.

On engaging the services of the Tutor, and commencing the first session, the Student enters into an agreement with the Tutor, where upon the Student will be considered to have accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.

The Tutor strives to provide the best possible service. However, the Tutor will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the Student. The quality of the Student’s academic work remains their responsibility, and the role of the Tutor will never be more than advisory.

Although all tutoring work is based around each student's examination specification the Tutor will not do homework, assignments or tests that are meant to be the student's own work.

The Tutor is not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punititive or similar damages arising out of using this tutoring service, or any errors or omissions in the content of the materials used. The Student/client waives any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.

The Tutor aims to maintain the confidentiality of the Student's data, and will not share, copy or transfer it to any other person/company.
